Illini Tech Services, an INC. Illini Tech Services is currently a 10 person technology company with 2 primary departments; computer & network services and website & database development.  The computer and network services group primarily serves Central IL with a customer base that includes companies as far away as Atlanta, GA that we support remotely.  Our web services division currently serves customers in more than 12 states. Illini Tech Services has been in business since 1994, with our main office located in Carlinville, IL, a small community between St. Louis MO and Springfield, IL just 12 miles west of Interstate 55.

Carlinville, the Macoupin County Seat, has twice been listed as one of the “Best Small Towns in America” in national publications and is a quiet community with very low crime rates, an excellent school system, inexpensive housing, and a low cost of living. Located only 45-60 minutes from Springfield shopping and restaurants, Cardinal Baseball, Blues Hockey, Rams Football, Lambert Airport, and St. Louis shopping and restaurants, you can literally go to any type of event that you like in an hour or less.  Local offerings include one of the nicest city park systems in Central IL with soccer fields, basketball courts, sand volleyball, baseball, batting cages and picnic pavilions; a Super Wal-Mart; 4 new and used car dealerships; 3 motels; 4 gas stations; a dozen churches of various denominations; entertainment including bowling and a movie theater; a country club with golf, tennis and swimming pool; Civic groups (Elks, Rotary, Lions); 4 banks; 5 dentists;  4 chiropractors; a dozen physicians of various specialties; a hospital (with a new building being constructed this fall); Blackburn College; and a variety of eating establishments including fast food and ethnic offerings.
